Hosting and technical access data

This website is hosted by HostUp AB in Sweden. When you request a page, the hosting infrastructure processes the technical data needed to deliver it. This may include your IP address, the time of the request, the requested file, browser details, the HTTP status and the referring page, where supplied by your browser.

This processing supports website delivery, troubleshooting and protection against misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR: the legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable website. Logs are retained only for as long as they are needed for these purposes or required by law. HostUp describes routine deletion of technical access, error and security logs after one week.

HostUp may use security and network services such as Cloudflare. These services may process technical connection data outside the European Economic Area. HostUp describes contractual safeguards for these transfers, including EU Standard Contractual Clauses. See HostUp’s privacy policy for further information.

Email enquiries

If you email me, I process your email address, the contents of your message and any other contact details you provide so that I can respond. Project and contract enquiries are processed under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other correspondence is processed under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.

The data is deleted once the enquiry has been resolved and no further retention is necessary. Any legal retention obligations, for example for business correspondence, still apply. Contacting me is voluntary; I need a working contact address to reply.

Fonts, images and the 3D experience

Fonts, images and the software used for the 3D experience are served from the website’s own hosting. No account is needed. The website itself does not set analytics or marketing cookies and does not use visitor tracking or third-party analytics tools. Essential security functions provided by the hosting company may process additional connection data.

External links

Project links lead to other websites. Your browser connects to those providers when you open a link. Their own privacy policies apply to the processing on those websites.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions set out in law, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your particular situation. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw that consent for the future.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. You can also complain to a data protection authority, including the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). This website does not make automated decisions about you or carry out profiling.
